On today’s episode of The Rachel Ray Show Montel Willams demonstrated the Ab Coaster. Not only did he show off his own 6 pack at 56 years of age but he showed how easy it is for anyone to use the product. Montel had a member of the audience and Rachel herself give it a go! What’s significant about this is that even after 7 years on the market, the Ab Coaster is still garnering international media attention.
