If you are unhappy for any reason with an item purchased from The Abs Company you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and must be in salable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. You will be issued a refund via check within 30 days of your return. The refund amount will be the original amount you paid minus the shipping costs that you were originally charged. Please note: if you purchased one of our products from a retailer other than us, please contact that retailer for their return instructions. If you purchased one of our products from another retailer and need assistance with a missing or damaged part, please contact us via email or phone and we can help.
When you call for warranty parts on your equipment you will be asked for your proof of purchase stating when and where you purchased the machine. Depending on the nature of the warranty claim you may also be asked to provide a photograph of the issue. This helps show us exactly what you need so we can be sure to fix your problem right the first time.
