As a company that’s been at the forefront of core and ab health for the last 15 years, we certainly understand the importance of a healthy diet when it comes to sculpting abs. While six packs are most definitely built in the gym (and on the AbCoaster®), they’re also built in the kitchen. Here are some awesome snacks to improve your midsection health.
Berries are rich in antioxidants and fiber, and are a great snack for those working on a flatter stomach. Berries are also known to help fight against cancer, battle inflammation, and even improve your skin! There are a variety of berries you could incorporate into your diet, each of which have great health benefits and will help you sculpt your abs.
Yogurt is another awesome snack to help improve your core health. It is a protein-rich snack which will have you feeling full, preventing additional snacking and excess caloric intake. Yogurt has also been proven to cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar. It’s a fantastic snack for anyone trying to improve their diet in 2022.
You know what they say, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away.” Well, it’s true! Apples are rich in a fiber known as pectin, which is an essential fat burner, perfect for someone trying to flatten their stomach. Apples are also great snacks to lower cholesterol and blood pressure, and studies have shown that those who eat apples regularly are more likely to lose weight than those who do not eat apples.
While this is not necessarily a snack, it’s necessary to be mentioned for the benefits it has against bloating. Water rids the body of excess sodium, which greatly reduces bloat in the midsection. This is much-needed for anyone trying to get that six-pack this year. It’s recommended that men drink about 15.5 cups of water per day, and women drink about 11.5 cups, but that can certainly be exceeded, especially for those trying to flatten their stomach’s.
Here at The Abs Company, we’ve been changing lives from the core for 15 years! Core strength and health is our number one priority, and by enjoying these healthy snacks, you’ll improve your midsection health in no time!
