I wasn't sure what to expect the first time I tried Battlerope ST, and I wasn't sure I was going to like it. However, from the second the class started, I realized I had found something fun and different from anything I'd done before. The way that the class combines cardio and strength training keeps my heart rate up the whole time, while still shaping and sculpting my muscles in ways that were immediately apparent. I also love that there always seem to be new exercises to learn and ways to keep them interesting and challenging. The focus on form is very important to me and I appreciate knowing that I am doing each exercise correctly and safely. The big ropes may seem scary, but I truly believe this exercise could work for almost anyone!
