A valid and working phone number is required for all LTL orders as the carrier will require an appointment for delivery.
If the carrier cannot reach you with the contact information on your order; we will not be able to deliver to you and you will be issued a refund via check within 30 days. The refund amount will be the original amount you paid minus our shipping costs to and from the destination terminal.
