The Ab Coaster® CS3000 has a maximum weight limit of 450 pounds, and it is designed to accommodate users with a height range of 5" to 6'7" inches. The patented design of the Ab Coaster® CTL is adjustment-free, so users of different heights can use the machine comfortably.

How much resistance does the Ab Coaster® have and what kind of weights can you add?

The Ab Coaster® CTL has a built-in resistance of 20 pounds, and you can increase the resistance up to 80 pounds by adding up to 60 pounds of additional 2-inch Olympic weights (weights not included). The Ab Coaster® CTL is compatible with weight plates that have a 2-inch hole size. Adding weights can make the exercise more challenging and effective for advanced users who need more resistance in their workouts!
