The unique design of the Ab Coaster® CTL features the patented Ab Coaster® bottom-up movement without rails. The trackless CTL design features a frictionless resistance system making the motion very easy for any user, including deconditioned and rehab patients, and makes for easy maintenance and super-quiet operation. The Free Swivel seat allows for seamless tranistion to oblique training. Add up to 60 additional pounds of resistance for progressive traning.

This item ships via LTL Freight with complimentary Lift Gate and Delivery appointment. A valid and working phone number is required for all LTL orders as the carrier will require an appointment for delivery. 

If the carrier cannot reach you with the contact information on your order; we will not be able to deliver to you and you will be issued a refund via check within 30 days. The refund amount will be the original amount you paid minus our shipping costs to and from the destination terminal.

Inside Delivery is not included in our shipments, please call for rates if this service is desired. Should inside delivery be requested at the time of delivery, additional fees will apply.

My members really enjoy the Ab Coaster CTL Abs Bench X2 and we love the new Target Abs. We are adding the Target Abs to all of our new clubs and our re equip clubs. We currently have 13 clubs.

I have your Ab Coaster CTL, Abs Benches and now starting to add the Target Abs to all my locations. We are opening up our 11th location next month in Enola PA and we are adding the Ab Coaster CTL, Abs Bench and Target Abs. My members love to work their abs. The more ab stuff you have the better it is. All of the equipment from the Abs Company is easy to use with little or no maintenance. As a gym owner it is important that I give my members what they want.

The Ab Coaster is the most used piece of equipment in my gym. It gets used pretty much 24 hours per day and I ALWAYS highlight it on my club tours.
