How much resistance do these machines have and what kind of weights can you add?

The Ab Coaster® CS3000 has a built-in resistance of 20 pounds, and you can increase the resistance up to 100 pounds by adding up to 80 pounds of additional 2-inch Olympic weights (weights not included). The Froggy™ has a built-in resistance of 30 pounds, and you can increase the resistance up to 215 pounds. These products are compatible with weight plates that have a 2-inch hole size. Adding weights can make the exercise more challenging and effective for advanced users who need more resistance in their workouts!

What's the difference between the Ab Coaster® and similar models found online?
