Disappointed
The unit makes a chattering noise when being used sounds like it’s breaking. Not smooth.

Love my Ab Coaster

One of my favorite machines at my gym is the Ab Coaster. Since it’s so often being used, I decided to get one for my own. I was a bit hesitant to get the more affordable CS1500, as my gym has the CS3000, but the 1500 works every bit as well! Now I use it every day, and sometimes twice a day. If you’re like me, and not a fan of crunches and leg lifts, this is an easier and more fun way to work your core. Great purchase!

Does work. It's hard at first, but well worth the effort..But you do have to keep up with it..lol Like the fact you can do sideways as well as front..

Great piece of equipment. This is exactly what I expected. It was easy to set up and functions properly. There was a misunderstanding with the packaging which caused a delay in shipment, but the sender was helpful and promptly responsive to emails upon questioning. This equipment is what I ordered and does what I want it to do.
