How much resistance do the Ab Coaster® and Cali Lift® have and what kind of weights can you add?
The Ab Coaster® PS500 has a built-in resistance of 30 pounds, and you can increase the resistance up to 50 pounds by adding up to 20 pounds of additional 1-inch standard weights (weights not included). The Ab Coaster PS500 is compatible with weight plates that have a 1-inch hole size.
The Cali Lift® has 8 resistance bands (4 for each side) consisting of 2-25lb bands and 6-50lb bands, for a total of up to 350lb of resistance. Also, the foot rest has 3 levels of elevation allowing you to increase difficulty as you get stronger.
What's the difference between the Ab Coaster® and Cali Lift® vs. similar models found online?
