Can this system only be used with the 6lb med ball? Is the handle part of the system attached to the med ball?

Thanks for reaching out Rick. The Ab Ball comes with the handles attached, so you can’t change out the ball. However, keep in mind, the 6lb ball is not the resistance. It’s attached to resistance bands, so that can be as heavy as you can handle with good form. Also, the reason it is 6lbs is so you can focus on the abs, not pulling with arms. I hope this helps!
