How would you explain your position/role at The Abs Company?
I provide the Abs Company's patented solutions in Ab, HIIT, and Glute training to commercial customers across a wide array of markets. From key corporate accounts, to YMCAs, to universities, I'm proud to partner with many customers to bring innovative equipment to their members.

How did you get into fitness/ the fitness industry?
The Abs Company has been near and dear to my heart since I was a little kid. My Mom was The Abs Company's first hire, so I've had a front-row seat to our company's many successful innovations throughout the years. In 2020 I was given the opportunity to join The Abs Company and I've been proud to work here ever since.

What do you like best about your job?
I love when our equipment finally installs for a new customer and we get to see their gym members' excitement first hand.

Which Core Value means the most to you and why?
Big Things. We're constantly pushing the boundary and seeing how we can take things to the next level!

What is your favorite TAC product and why?
The SledMill. It's a super-versatile tool that can elevate anyone's fitness experience at any level. Plus it offers a true full body workout.

What is something you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love playing guitar, writing, working out, and playing with my kids.
