This item ships via LTL Freight with complimentary Lift Gate and Delivery appointment. A valid and working phone number is required for all LTL orders as the carrier will require an appointment for delivery. 

If the carrier cannot reach you with the contact information on your order; we will not be able to deliver to you and you will be issued a refund via check within 30 days. The refund amount will be the original amount you paid minus our shipping costs to and from the destination terminal.

Inside Delivery is not included in our shipments, please call for rates if this service is desired. Should inside delivery be requested at the time of delivery, additional fees will apply.

Abs Bench

It’s hard being asked to review a product that hasn’t been received. I received a ship notice on 12/10. It’s now 12/29 with no delivery. I tried contacting the Abs Company but all of their phone lines go to voice mail and the email I sent to customer support remains unanswered as well. I may have to get my credit card company to reverse the charge soon. This is the second request I’ve received for a review. I ignored the first, but since you want an honest review, for now My review is based on no customer service and no product received. Perhaps the abs company will figure out my order and eventually make it right. I was hopeful for a great product.
