How would you explain your position/role at The Abs Company?
I support the Marketing department's day to day activities like email and data management, content creation for our social media platforms and help out the team in any way I can.

How did you get into fitness/ the fitness industry?
I used to live a sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle. After facing a health scare, I decided to adopt a healthier lifestyle. This led me to take up biking and start working out, transforming my sedentary and unhealthy habits into a more active and vibrant way of living.

I joined the company to learn and share my skills while also continuing to take care of my health so I can provide and take care of my daughter.

What do you like best about your job?
I'm able to share ideas and collaborate with great individuals.

Which Core Value means the most to you and why?
Gratitude. Its main focus is on what you have rather than your lack, fostering a more positive outlook. This mindset shift allows me to navigate challenges with resilience and optimism.

What is your favorite TAC product and why?
The TireFlip 180 is my favorite product because it got my attention the first time I saw it. Plus, the TireFlip 180 offers all the benefits of the exercise in a controlled, compact environment. It removes the risks of handling large, heavy tires, making it a safer and more accessible option for everyone compared to traditional tire flipping.

What is something you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy bike rides on weekends, and spending time with my daughter.
